1991Established the Lithuanian-American joint IT company “Sigma Americom”
1992“Sigma Americom” became the first IBM business partner in the Baltic States
1993“Sigma Americom” sold the first IBM computer RS6000 in the Baltic States
“Sigma Americom” became the general distributor of “Casio” electronic cash registers in Lithuania
1994Established the network of cash registers’ distribution and maintenance dealers throughout Lithuania
“Sigma Americom” won the first EU (Phare) tender to computerize the Latvian Statistical Department
The Lithuanian IT company “Sigmanta” was established
1995“Sigmanta” started production of the first Lithuanian home computer “Bildukas”
1997 “Sigmanta” became a Navision Solution Center
“Sigmanta” began its partnership with Oracle
1998“Sigma Americom” and “Sigmanta” merged and formed the Sintagma Group (leaded by the company Sintagma) with 95 employees and revenues of 4 MEUR
1999Sintagma’s corporate strategy shifted from computer assembly operations to a focus on IT services and software development
A corporate acquisition allowed Sintagma to enter the conference system business
2000“Sigma Americom” changed its name to Sintagma technika and “Sigmanta” to Sintagma sistemos
Implementation and certification of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Sintagma signed a partnership contract with the Finnish software company “Profit Software Oy”
Sintagma opened the Lithuanian Computer Museum
Sintagma’s media newsroom solution “NewsNote” received the “Lithuanian Product of the Year” award
2001Sintagma was granted the highest level Lotus Premier Partner status
2002Sintagma received the National Quality Award
Sintagma’s Lithuanian Integrated Library Information System LIBIS received the “Lithuanian Product of the Year” award
2003Sintagma signed partnership agreement with the Finnish specialized software company "Automaster”
Consolidated sales revenue of the Sintagma Group increased by 42% and reached 6.7 MEUR. The staff increased to 106 employees
2004Since 2001 six EU (Phare) financed projects have been implemented
Sintagma technika became the first Bosch Praesideo Partner in the Baltic States
After an internal reorganisation Sintagma sistemos joined Sintagma
Sintagma participated in Acquis Demonstration Pilot Audit under ES Phare project Electranet

Consolidated sales revenue of the Sintagma Group increased by 18% and reached 7.9 MEUR. The staff increased to 130 employees
2005Sintagma started implementing a three-year project “Strengthening competitive advantages in IT market”, funded by the ESF and supported by the Republic of Lithuania
Sintagma was granted the highest level IBM Premier Partner status and became an Oracle Certified Partner
Sintagma was accepted into the elite group of companies authorized to participate in NATO tenders
Sintagma's Siauliai Region Information System received the national award for the best e-content project in the category e-Government
Sintagma started implementing a preparatory stage of the National Schengen Information System and Visa Information System Project (in the consortium with the international company “Unisys”)
Sintagma started providing consultancy and design services for development and installation of an automated library information system in the Belarus National Library, using the experience gained from implementing the Lithuanian LIBIS project
In two successive years Sintagma was recognized as the best seller of IBM software products among all IBM business partners
Consolidated sales revenue of the Sintagma Group totalled 7.4 MEUR. The staff increased to 136 employees
2006Sintagma was granted Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status
Sintagma started implementing Integrated Virtual Library Information System development Project
Sintagma started implementing Lithuanian Geographical Information Infrastructure System development Project
Sintagma started implementing Information system for construction permits and state supervision of construction (Infostatyba) development Project
Sintagma was recognized as the best business partner of ”IBM Lietuva”

2007Sintagma started implementing information system for plenary sessions of the Second Chamber of the Parliament development Project
Sintagma technika fully redeemed its shares from Sintagma and so both companies historically having the same name no longer make the group of companies
The Polish IT company Asseco Poland S.A. purchased 56,24% of Sintagma’s shares portfolio, thus acquiring a controlling interest in the company. Sintagma became a member of the largest IT group in Central and Eastern Europe 
Sales revenue of Sintagma totalled 6.6 MEUR. The staff increased to 119 employees
2008Sintagma finished the project “Strengthening competitive advantages in IT market”
Sintagma finished Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant decommissioning management system and database development Project
Sintagma received award for achievements in distributing and implementing IBM software
Information system for road vehicle technical inspection (TAIS), that was developed by Sintagma, started operating in organizations performing technical inspections
Sales revenue of Sintagma totalled 7.4 MEUR. The staff increased to 135 employees
2009Sintagma's team won basketball tournament of IT companies 2008-2009, that was for the first time organized in Vilnius
Sintagma was registered in the list of official aprroved suppliers, published by the Public Procurement Office under the Government of Republic of Lithuania
Sintagma started the project of developing interactive electronic services and self-service hardware and software for ordering and receiving publications in LIBIS Libraries
Sintagma was recognized as the best "Microsoft Dynamics" partner of the year 2009
Sales revenue of Sintagma totalled 5.3 MEUR. The staff increased to 127 employees
2010After reorganisation Informacinių projektų sistemos (an IT company developing and implementing insurance information systems for Easterm Europe) was merged into Sintagma
